Our Resilience Functional Fitness classes offer a dynamic blend of challenges that are tailored to women ages 35+ needs. Maintaining our muscle and bone as we age is imperative. I specialize in strength training, plyometrics, cardiovascular training such as HIIT with a Cardio & Core focus.
Our Get Up & Go classes are bodyweight and designed to be a stand alone workout when you are in a rush or an add on to your Resilience Functional Fitness workout.
